Since 2021, I have been working in the New Business department at Cosnova GmbH – NextGen Beauty GmbH, where I played a key role in building a new beauty brand for emerging markets in true startup mode. In a lean and cost-efficient setup, I developed the brand identity including the logo and overall look and feel of the products. I also led the website concept and production, managed photoshoot planning and execution, and oversaw partner selection and art direction — all with a strong focus on innovation and cost-effective solutions.
