Since 20201, I have been working in the New Business team at Cosnova GmbH – NextGen Beauty GmbH, developing new beauty brands in a startup-like environment. For the Catrice Collagen Boosters project, I was responsible for project management, creating the packaging designs and web assets, and overseeing photoshoot coordination.
